Delivery Information

At Dreamweave Spaces, we work with a carefully selected network of UK suppliers to deliver furniture, home décor, textiles, rugs, wallpaper and home fragrance products directly to our customers.

Delivery times and methods vary depending on the product ordered, and delivery destination.


UK Mainland Delivery

We offer free delivery to most mainland UK addresses.

Additional delivery charges may apply to Scottish Highlands, Islands and Offshore Locations.


Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times vary depending on the product.

As a general guide:

  • Smaller home décor, textiles, home fragrance and accessory items are typically delivered within 2–7 working days.
  • Larger furniture, rugs and oversized items are typically delivered within 3–14 working days.

Estimated delivery times may be displayed on individual product pages where available.

Please note that all delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, including courier delays, supplier stock availability, weather conditions and peak trading periods.


Delivery Methods

Depending on the size and nature of the item ordered, deliveries may be made using:

  • Standard courier services
  • Specialist furniture couriers
  • Two-person delivery services
  • Pallet delivery networks

Delivery methods are selected by our suppliers and delivery partners based on the products ordered.


Tracking Your Order

Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

For many smaller items sent via courier services, customers will receive tracking details that allow them to monitor the progress of their delivery.

For larger furniture and oversized items, tracking may not always be available. In these cases, the delivery partner may contact you directly by phone, email or text message to arrange a suitable delivery date or provide delivery updates.

Multiple Item Orders

Where an order contains multiple items, products may be dispatched separately and delivered on different dates.

This is because items may be shipped from different warehouse locations.

Additional delivery charges will not apply where multiple shipments are required to complete your order.


Scottish Highlands, Islands and Offshore Locations

While we aim to deliver throughout the United Kingdom, some products may be subject to delivery restrictions or additional delivery charges for certain postcode areas.

If additional charges or delivery restrictions apply to any products, this may be displayed on the product pages of the website.

If additional charges or delivery restrictions apply to your order, we will contact you before dispatching the order to discuss the available options.

If we are unable to fulfil your order to your location, and the payment has already been processed, a full refund will be issued.


Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for ensuring that:

  • Delivery address information is accurate and complete
  • Someone is available to accept delivery where required
  • Adequate access is available for larger furniture items
  • Any access restrictions are communicated to us before dispatch

Please ensure doorways, hallways, staircases, lifts and access routes are suitable for the products ordered.

We cannot accept responsibility where delivery cannot be completed due to insufficient access or inaccurate delivery information.


Delivery Delays

While we make every effort to ensure orders arrive within estimated delivery timeframes, delays can occasionally occur.

We shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Adverse weather conditions
  • Courier disruptions
  • Supplier delays
  • Industrial action
  • Transportation issues

If significant delays occur, we will endeavour to keep you informed.


Damaged Deliveries

Please inspect your order as soon as possible after delivery.

If any item arrives damaged, faulty or incomplete, please contact us at returns@dreamweavespaces.co.uk within 24 hours of delivery where possible and include photographs of the issue.

Prompt reporting helps us resolve issues quickly with our suppliers and delivery partners.


Failed Deliveries

If a delivery cannot be completed due to customer absence, incorrect delivery information or access issues, additional delivery or collection charges may apply.

We will always notify customers of any applicable charges before arranging redelivery.
