At Dreamweave Spaces, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review the information below.

This policy is in addition to your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Please do not return any items without contacting us first, as return instructions and addresses vary depending on the product and supplier.


Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as possible after delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery where possible and provide photographs of the issue.

Prompt reporting allows us to help resolve issues quickly.

Depending on the circumstances, we may offer:

  • A replacement
  • A repair
  • Replacement parts
  • A refund

We may request additional information or photographs before processing your claim.


Change of Mind Returns

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at returns@dreamweavespaces.co.uk. If the order has not yet been processed or dispatched, we may be able to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

If an order has already been dispatched, we may be unable to stop delivery. In this case, the order will be treated as a return request and the provisions of this Returns Policy will apply.

If you have changed your mind about your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Once your return request has been approved, the item must be returned within 14 days.

Items must be:

  • Unused
  • In their original condition
  • In their original packaging
  • Complete with all accessories, instructions and components supplied

We reserve the right to not accept returns or to make deductions from refunds where returned goods show signs of handling beyond what is necessary to inspect them.


Furniture Returns

Due to the size and nature of furniture products, additional conditions apply.

Furniture must:

  • Remain unassembled where possible
  • Be returned in its original packaging
  • Be suitably protected during transit

We recommend thoroughly inspecting all components before commencing assembly.

Returns for non-faulty furniture that has been assembled, partially assembled, altered, or damaged after delivery may not be accepted.

Depending on the product, furniture returns may require collection from your address or return to a designated location.

We will provide return instructions once your request has been reviewed.


Return Costs

If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

For larger items, including furniture, collection charges may apply.

If an item is faulty, damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied, we will arrange an appropriate solution and you will not be responsible for reasonable return costs where applicable.


Non-Returnable Items

We may be unable to accept returns for:

  • Items returned without prior authorisation
  • Products not in their original condition
  • Products without original packaging
  • Products damaged after delivery through misuse, neglect, improper assembly, or normal wear and tear
  • Products that have been modified or altered after delivery
  • Wallpaper rolls that have been cut, installed, or otherwise used
  • Any item that cannot be resold due to its condition

Refunds

Once returned goods have been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome of your return request.

Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase.

Where an item is faulty, damaged, or supplied incorrectly, we will arrange an appropriate remedy and cover reasonable return costs where applicable.

Refunds are typically processed within 14 days of:

  • Receiving the returned goods; or
  • Receiving evidence that the goods have been returned

depending on the circumstances.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after being notified that it has been processed, please first check with your bank or payment provider.
